Within our markets, we have Area Supervisors, Area Managers and Regional Directors who lead our business at the multi-unit level. Through on-the-job, virtual and traditional classroom training, our goal is to provide you with the knowledge you need to strengthen your career potential and achieve your goals. As you move forward in your Wawa journey, you will participate in comprehensive training and education assistance programs supported by your store leadership and Wawa’s training team.
